Supporting the EU Presidency of first semester of 2025!

Looking back on what made us more proud throughout the work that our members have done, from the every day business to the momentums, we congratulate our member from Poland, BSC AV, who technically supported the EU Presidency for the first semester of 2025.

From January 1 to June 26, 2025, the Polish team had the honor of providing technical support for prestigious events under the Polish presidency of the Council of the European Union. Key tasks included: a comprehensive audiovisual system for congresses, advanced simultaneous interpretation (from 6 to 17 booths) using Audipack 3-person booths with the latest ISO 4043:2016 and Bosch DICENTIS equipment, combined with 4K Avonic automatic cameras and Bosch Security and Safety Systems discussion systems through the high-standard and reliable technical support.

The BSC AV team overall supported a total of 38 meetings: 23 high-level ones and 15 administrative, in unique locations such as the Polish Army Museum and the European Solidarity Centre.
