7th Regional Conference of HOPS in Wellington!

Our member in the business region of New Zealand, Congress Rental New Zealand Ltd supported the Pacific Community (SPC) Statistics for Development Division to deliver an advanced multilingual hybrid conference solution for the 7th Regional Conference of Heads of Planning and Statistics (HOPS 7) at Rydges Wellington from 4th until the 6th of November 2025. 

The team provided comprehensive audiovisual and interpretation infrastructure, including a 30 Bosch Dicentis Digital Conference System configured for dual delegate seating, 4 Avonic 4K CM93 cameras with fully automated PTZ tracking and an ISO 4043 Audicom interpretation booth, supporting English-French simultaneous interpretation for 200 delegates. 

Our member’s technical team pre-programmed automated camera tracking and custom lower third graphics displaying country flags and delegate identifications, creating seamless production values that required minimal real-time technical intervention while maintaining professional broadcast quality throughout the conference.
