Supporting the 146th IPU Meeting in Bahrain through the network’s synergy!

The 146th Assembly of the IPU and its related meetings was held in Manama of Bahrain, from the 11th until the 15th of March. In addition to the plenary room that was set up for more than a thousand participants, three more additional parallel rooms serviced the Assembly and relevant meetings.

   The synergy within our network, work wonders for one more time, as Congress Rental Emirates joined forces with Robotrade from Slovenia to see through all conference and simultaneous interpretation requirements of the meeting! At the main hall 9 interpretation booths were set up on a platform equipped with the latest technology from Bosch, the Dicentis I-desks, while on the floor more than 200 discussion Dicentis DE devices were installed to facilitate deliberations. Non the less, this meeting was streamed for remote participants, requiring the team to work with the CRN RSI platform, powered by Interprefy. To make this happen, the latest technology in PTZ cameras was used, together with the cutting edge software management system from MVI AudioVisual!   The additional rooms required the same servicing with discussion devices and interpretation so the team made sure that Bosch Dicentis systems were installed as well with overall around 300 microphones!
