Supporting the EU 2020 Croatian Presidency!

   For the first semester of 2020, Croatia was hosting the EU Presidency and our member in the area, Tehnozavod provided a full technical production to facilitate the deliberations.

  The team of Tehnozavod, equipped several conference halls with all a full audiovisual system integration that involved projection, led video walls, and of course the Bosch Conference and Simultaneous Interpretation gear for the entire timeframe of the Croatian EU Presidency.

   Our partner provided 12 double mobile fully equipped ISO 4043:2016 booths, 3 permanent ones ISO 2603:2016 for the Plenary room and 3 regular ISO 4043:2016 for press room. For the overall of 18 booths that were set up, the relevant simultaneous interpretation gear was required together with 48 Bosch Dicentis Multimedia microphones combined with  Dicentis DEs, wireless Dicentis and CCS1000D discussion devices. Monitoring of the discussions was achieved by using 5 PTZ Avonic cameras, 2 Bosch cameras and the adequate light system to make all this happen both in the plenary but also in the press room!

   And regardless of the pandemic or the earthquake that hit the country damaging seriously the Parliament building, the plenary room was in full use during the entire period requesting from the local team to adapt rapidly and smoothly to all changes that needed to be done in order to see through all meetings!
