Protocols set-up for the event and meetings industry!

   Special Effects Ltd, our member in the business area of Hungary, in cooperation with the leading private healthcare provider Swiss Medical Hungary, will be launching its STAY SAFE, MEET SAFE, DINE SAFE protocol, an event industry-specific health and safety service.

   To regain planner’s trust in organising and attending live events as fast as possible, players of the meetings industry (hotels, venues, restaurants, DMCs, AV companies and other suppliers)  will have to adhere to new health & safety standards to meet governmental regulations and expectations of meeting planners and event attendees. The initiative will include a number of safety measures, protocols and solutions to provide tools for the social distancing and sanitisation processes.

   As the new hygiene norms are expected to stay in the long run, this Health&Safety protocol will be available further after the immediate post-pandemic period to ensure future safe events.
