How European Corporate Councils run nowadays!

   Our German member, elakustik GmbH, was called to service and support an one-day meeting, for a corporate client of theirs. The meeting took place near Neu-Ulm where the company’s employees representatives met to discuss all issues in their agenda.

   The tech team set-up 40 Audipack ISO-booths and full Bosch Conference Dicentis system to make their communication feasible. Overall more than 70 tabletop discussion units either Dicentis with the video version or Multimedia ones, with the latest Bosch software. To this system, 4 Avonic CM70 cameras were installed participants to view who is taking the floor! Last but not least, all interpretation booths had 24” installed in them for interpreters to view interpretation and speakers plus the room was supported by 27 55” LCD screens for the outmost optimal service of the meeting!
