Tecnoconference managed and supplied all conference and simultaneous interpretation systems for all the events that took place during the time the country held the EU Presidency, at the Mi.Co in Milan from the 1st of June 2014 until the end of the year.
In the main room a huge and modular speakers’ table was set up for 92 delegates. Each seat was equipped with a conference system module and a confidence monitor. Tecnoconference team also set up 18 interpretation booths for the digital Bosch SI system used throughout the meetings.
The Italian CRN member is the most experienced technical supplier int he field, having also provided services for the previous time when the country was responsible for the EU Presidency. But again, this was a united endeavor, as additionally to the majority of the equipment owned by Tecnoconference, the help of the rest of the CRN members proved that together we can support all major global events!
The result that the Tecnoconference team produced was outstanding and the feedback from the Ministerial Organizers as well as the Event Venue Organizers sublime, having as the team ‘s biggest satisfaction the flawless delivery of the services provided at the event that was attended by 53 Head of States!
