Our Danish member supporting the 28th OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting in Sweden!

   Our Danish member, Teletech provided all technical support regarding interpretation and discussion devices during the 28th OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting that was held last December at the Scandinavian XPO in Arlanda, just outside of Stockholm in Sweden.

   The Danish team provided the meeting in total with 29 ISO Standard Interpretation Booths set up in 9 different meeting rooms. They had to comply with all hygiene protocols, so they had to install a plexi-glass separation compartment to make sure that interpreters provided their services in full safety.

   In regard to conference systems, 250 Bosch Dicentis discussion devices were installed, that were controlled by multiple Panasonic PTZ Cameras, so when a speaker activated a microphone, the cameras focused on the speaker and was sent out to broadcasting. In parallel, interpretation to all attendees was provided through 1700 wireless infrared interpretation receivers, so that participants could follow the meeting in their own language.
