During this year’s Annual General Assembly, that took place in Bled of Slovenia from the 30th of January until the 1st of February, Congress Rental Network celebrated its 25th year anniversary. CRN was found in 1990, realizing the dream of one man -Mr. Gerrit Beuzel- and the driving forces of 5 different companies around the world.
At the moment, the network numbers 44 members spread worldwide, and brands being the quality seal in Simultaneous Interpretation and Conference equipment, powered of course by Bosch.
It took 25 years, two different structures -one under Bosch and now at the moment an independent one-, 3 different Chairmen, as the first was Mr. Jo Debono from Studio Seven Malta, following him was Mr. Panagiotis Podimatas from PC Podimatas SA (Greece) and now Mr. Gilles Goudreault from Duoson (Canada) to realize the vision and dream that was the foundation of CRN. Still, the same vision and dream is implemented in the every day business of each member, making sure that they maintain their position around the world, as the leading technical suppliers in the conference market.
The anniversary was celebrated with a glamorous gala dinner, hosted by Bosch and the Director of Global Product management in Conference Systems, Mr. Lars van den Heuvel, and almost everyone who has contribute to the growth of the network was present from all parties!
Many awards were given out that night, first of all to Mr. Beuzel for his entire contribution, to Bosch representatives that have worked and still do with CRN and of course to the Member of the Year and Regional Members. It was an amazing night that will live in our memories for many years to come!
