Behind the full production of APEC CEO Summit 2023!

Our United States East Coast partner Mainline AV International secured the bid to fully execute the 2023 APEC CEO Summit in San Francisco November 14th-16th, 2023.  The APEC CEO Summit hosted President Joe Biden along with other Presidents, Prime Ministers and world leading CEOs from the Asia Pacific region.  Mainline was in charge of the entire production that included all three floors of the Moscone West Convention Center and supplied all of the production and conference services to three General Sessions along with multiple breakout rooms and exhibitor services.  Bosch Conferencing equipment was used for all of the simultaneous interpretation interconnected between multiple rooms and also deployed Bosch Wireless DICENTIS and CCS 1000 mics for the media center and breakout rooms.  Mainline utilized its partners in the network from Clarus and Duoson to help fulfill the 2400 receivers and headsets along with 34 infrared transmitters and other necessary equipment to make the meetings a success. Mainline also incorporated the use of EV speakers and wireless microphones throughout the venue. This is the largest meeting that APEC has hosted in the United States and this year has set the bar for all future APEC CEO Summits.  

Our partner also provided services to the 2023 ABAC Business Council meetings that preceded the Summit and provided Wireless DICENTIS mics to both of their meeting spaces. The ABAC events concluded with a gala the evening of the 14th that included a show produced again by their team! This was a truly unique event in mixing both business and rock and roll and a great way to move into the APEC CEO Summit.
