Our local member in Hungary, Congress Rental Hungary -a member of the Special Effects Group of Companies- was selected as the sole technical provider of the entire event. They provided all required AV including 4 projectors, full HD projection, sound and lighting. There were also recording works for the plenary sessions and some for the breakout rooms.
Our colleagues also designed, installed and operated a professional and yet innovative approach to this particular event. Due to the large number of participants, a solution was requested in order for everyone to be able to see the stage, speakers and presentations. For this reason, the team came up with the idea to hang a cube of 4 screens in the middle of the room. This way everything projected could be visible to everyone!
According to their client, the Project Manager of our partner and the entire team saw to every need and worked closely with them in order to see the completion of the event in the best way possible. They were chosen for the superb client service they provide from the moment the venue was inspected way in advance until the very last moment of the meeting!
