Highlighting Vodafone’s corporate messaging, in brilliant colors and high definition!

Vodafone’s corporate messaging

In April 2015, over 1400 people from around the world travelled to Spain for the 2015 Fast Start Conference. AV expert Ditec Comunicaciones -CRN membr in Barcelona- realized the complete technical production of the plenary meeting, the regional conferences and the CEO Awards Evening.

Vodafone Global Enterprise, part of the Vodafone Group, helps the world’s multinationals manage their global communications. Once a year, the company organizes a two-day internal meeting to discuss recent developments and innovations.

The plenary meeting took place in the huge auditorium of Hotel Auditorium in Madrid, which holds up to 2,200 people. Ditec used two Barco HDX-W20 FLEX projectors and a Folsom Encore media server to highlight Vodafone’s messaging in the brightest and crispest of colors, on the big screen. Six RLM-W8 projectors and Barco PDS 902 digital switchers helped bring the messaging to life at the regional conferences, which were organized in several conference rooms at Hotel Auditorium. The RLM-W8 projectors further helped create a stunning light and video show during the CEO Awards evening at La Quinta de Jarama, an exquisite venue in Spain’s capital city. Both the end customer and Ditec team were delighted with the results.
