G7 Hiroshima Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

   During this April, from the 10th until the 11th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan was responsible to organize the G7 Hiroshima Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, that was held in Hiroshima of Japan.

   Our Japanese member, Dorier Japan was called to be the technical supplier of the meeting in regards to all conference necessities in all three venues. Each event location needed five booths, microphones, HD dome cameras and audiovisual equipment. Dorier Japan provided all necessary Bosch conference systems and not in the most easy environment! Two of three venues were Japanese old style hotels and they had very small rooms with low ceilings and small conference tables!

   Our member, had actually to build special booth not only due to the low ceiling areas that they had to install the equipment, but mostly because three interpreters were needed to be accommodated in each booth! Moreover, imagine the challenge when the conference tables were so small that they had to fit the Bosch HD dome cameras, as well as the Bosch NG microphones and everything else that the Ministers needed!

   Quite the challenge, but when there is such a challenge, only a Congress Rental Network member can deliver the optimum result!
