European Meetings and Events Conference 2016 – MPI

   From February 7th until February 9th, in the captivating Copenhagen of Denmark the European Meetings and Events Conference took place for this year, organized by MPI Denmark together with Business Events Denmark and Wonderful Copenhagen CVB.

   Our local partner Teletech provided all technical solutions for the 60 x 15m ballroom of the down-town hotel that was chosen to host the event. The solution incorporated all what the client was looking for into lighting, sound and video, including floor-to-ceiling projection on both end walls with a 50m. wide backdrop.

   The team paid special attention to producing a solution where the equipment and the necessary cabling were unobtrusive, without compromising on quality at any time. The conference was based on the Danish Meetovation Concept, which engages participants in a creative way. Our solution therefore supported MPI’s desire to create a cozy atmosphere and a different way to hold conferences.
