EBRD 35th Annual Meeting in Riga, Latvia!

Last June, our local member in the business region of Latvia KT Serviss was asked by the Ministry of Finance to technically support the 35th EBRD Annual Meeting with more than 2.000 participants, government representatives, academic and opinion leaders!

The event took place in three locations: the Latvian National Museum of Art for the main meeting, the Daile Theatre where the opening ceremony was held and at the Radisson Blu Hotel where the working meetings took place.

With providing more than 140 Bosch Dicentis delegate units, 500 interpretation receivers for the 6 languages that were serviced, a closed CCTV system and of course all the requirements for the plenary to function. In an event of such magnitude, that the hybrid solution was also in place, making challenges far too many. But the KT Serviss team delivered a seamless result, executing everything with confidence!
