The LXVIII Plenary of COSAC Meeting during the Czech Presidency!

 During each European Presidency, one COSAC meeting is always held! COSAC stands for the Conference of Parliamentary Committees of Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union, and during the Czech Presidency it took place on the 14th and 15th of November at the O2 Universum Center in Prague.

   The entire technical production was undertaken from AV Media, CRN’s local member in the Czech Republic, a project among all that our fellow partner supported this second semester of 2022 when their country is hosting the EU Presidency. And on this project, the Czech team joined forces with our member in Slovenia, Robotrade, to see through the entire production! Full spectrum of Bosch Dicentis latest conference technology was installed in the plenary hall. It included more than 300 discussion devices for all delegates, interpretation provided from 24 triple ISO standard booths and a complete software management system that included camera follow up to the person taking the floor and voting procedures with proxies.

   Seems highly complicated? For a CRN member it is not at all!
