ITU PP22 supported by Conference Systems!

 From September 26th until October 24th, CRN member in Romania, Conference Systems, undertook the entire technical support of the ITU PP22 Conference that this year took place in Bucharest.

   An enormous endeavor that required a lot of pre-production stages, as well as onsite with the numbers of the equipment used to speak for themselves: more than 3.000 interpretation receivers for the delegates, around 1.500 Bosch Dicentis discussion devices, more than 40 ISO standard interpretation booths with the relevant Dicentis interpreters’ desks, hundreds and hundreds of cables and a highly trained technically team relevantly certified!

Production faced huge challenges, from the late signing of the bid to getting in all ordered gear facing the result of the post-pandemic issues, but Conference Systems rose to the occasion and made everything happen! But our Romanian member was not alone…the synergy of the network showed once more what it trully reflects in our business…! Helped and equipment was provided by Congress Rental Argentina, KT Serviss Latvia, Studio Seven Malta, Teletech Denmark and Congress Rental Serbia, showing what CRN is all about! One event – one supplier…behind Conference Systems the allegiance of the rest of the CRN members provided the solution to all challenges!

   The meeting took place in two additional halls apart from the Plenary that seated 2.000 attendees and provided interpretation in more than 6 languages.
