Behind the scenes of the G7 Summit!

This year’s G7 Summit in Italy was the most awaited institutional event of the year and our member in the country, Tecnoconference – TC Group, had the privilege of participating as Technological Partner. The international Summit was held in Puglia from June 13^th to the 15^th in exceptional settings such as Borgo Egnazia in the Municipality of Fasano, Nuova Fiera del Levante, Castello di Brindisi and Grottaglie, Bari and Brindisi Airports.

As the Technological Partner, the Italian team provided crucial services for the event’s success in terms of communication and AV signal distribution:

• Audio and Video
• Structures and Lights
• Conference systems with discussion microphones
• Simultaneous Interpretation

Certified BOSCH technicians installed the Dicentis discussion conference system on the presidential tables, implemented with 11 simultaneous interpretation booths for 10 languages serving the two main rooms. The team also supported the management of the audio in 10 Press Rooms, allowing live broadcasts at the media center as well as to all TV channels worldwide.
