AIG Incentive Group “Outback Spectacular”

   Fron the 5th until the 8th of June 2016, at the Gold Coast Queensland in Australia, our local member Congress Rental Australia was there to technically support the Outback Spectacular during an three event set up as part of an AIG Asia Incentive trip at the location.

   First event was a gala dinner at the Cold Coast Convention Center, where CRN Australia team supported the simultaneous interpretation for 700 Japanese delegates.

   Second event was a show at a large indoor arena for 1000 people. There the production put together a performance of horseback riding and other country and historic lifestyle activities. The technical set up included five double Audipack booths and 1000 Bosch Integrus receivers for all attendees. A great challenge to bring up to the VIP arena accessed only by steps the booths and all the equipment, while distributing the interpretation receivers to everyone!

   Third event was one more gala dinner at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, where again our Australian partner was called up to provide the interpretation for all Japanese delegates!
